So I had my endo appointment yesterday, and a few things that came out of it:

- Getting off cypro. They're phasing it out because apparently (and I shit you not) there's an elevated risk for benign brain tumors. (caveat: this has only been discovered in folks who've been using it their entire lives and on doses at least four times higher than what I or anyone I know is on).

- No progesterone (yet?) because they categorically don't prescribe it where I'm at, but I *did* get my info passed through for a study looking into the effects of it (meaning I might get on it down the line anyway), that although it currently focuses on post-op trans women my endo *did* agree I brought up a very good point by mentioning that not including pre-/non-op trans women into it all would be missing out on a huge chunk of the bigger picture. So, there's that, I guess?

So yeah, one less pill to worry about for now (I'll have a call with my endo in three weeks to see how I'm doing - if the change makes me feel like shit I'm getting back on cypro again), may have my E dose hiked sometime in the not too far future to compensate.
