@Venn@snouts.online I wouldn't say so, no; unless the character themselves has an active interest in drag and is shown performing it and everything, simply using a character to explore gender does not count as drag for the same reason exploring gender in person doesn't - at the end of the day that's still a facet of yourself you're showing off, not an act you're putting on for entertainment's sake.
