Even a totally unbroken bottle is going to be nothing but vinegar after going undrunk for many decades if not a century, and drinking a glass of that anyway would -probably- give you the shits much like drinking any old vinegar in such quantities would.

ended up getting a migraine from the ridiculous amount of stress I've been under. ridiculous aura, light sensitivity, feelings of derealization, thought I was going crazy until it faded away and the headache set in

feeling a little more cleared up internally after all that but yeah. not great.
