Have you said hi to someone today?

Have you asked a friend, "How are you today?"

Even friends who seem fine and collected can have hidden torments. Check on them because you love them.

Thoughts on grief (no CW)

One of the toughest parts of grief and losing someone close is all the unanswered questions.

It's also normal to feel guilt for not seeing something or saying something that you think you should have. It's unnecessary because you are not at fault... but it's a normal feeling.

Just *hugs*

Check in on your friends. Sometimes they need a hug and don't even know it.

Remember to eat and take care of your basic needs.

It can help a lot in how you handle your day and your emotions.

*sending hugs and thoughts and care*

It's okay to feel. It's healthy to feel.

Just shows how much you love.

I like you. That's why I'm here.

Remember to eat something.

Also, hug friends (online friends, too)

You can squirt if you want to

You can squirt your friend's behind

Make today a good day, for yourself or someone else.
