FINALLY beat Slay the Spire with the Ironclad. By 1 HP. Skin of my frikkin' teeth.
Strategy: Lots of defense and attacks that give wounds, get card draw for wounds, use them.
Then also build up strength behind my shield and then POUND THEM TO DUST.
Last attack against the shapes boss was a whirlwind attack that did, like, 24x6 points of damage :V

I am remarkably less good with the Ironclad and constantly keep building up what seems a decent deck just to die to doing the metaphorical equivalent of dying due to slipping on a banana peel.
I recorded it, too, should upload it to youtube, but it would make a boring Let's Play.
So, uh, first day playing Slay the Spire, and I beat the third boss with the masked witch at 4 HP without taking a single damn point of damage.
I am badass.

@Ulfra_Wolfe I know the feeling. Even though there's a lot of joy in my life, there's a lot of hardship these days too, and sometimes I really want to be *swimming* more than *treading water*.
I spend so much time coping, I can't remember what it is to live and feel free and happy.
You know, this system we live in forces us to cope. The money we make, we have to cope with giving up so much damn time to work, and we cope with that. If we don't make regular money, we have to cope with unstable income & the effects.
