I think I'm starting to get the hang of doing intermittent fasting. I had trouble sticking with it in the past because my mother would frequently need me to fix breakfast for her, but the smell of the food made me hungry and then I would break my fast too soon.
Now, she's doing intermittent fasting too, which makes it much easier to stick with it.
