@angrboda the alternative to this is browsing the internet a ton, but I've purposely limited what I'm willing to read for morale reasons so I run out of stuff to look at pretty fast. I don't like the time sink of browsing a ton anyway.

Lately my burnout is bad enough that I'll wander around the house for 15 minutes just like not knowing what to do because nothing feels good. I think the solution to push through this is to exercise when I have those feelings because that's productive and doesn't require emotional investment.
