@taki fwiw maybe it’s worth talking the folks you feel closest to through this and getting their perspectives - it seems possible that you’re beating yourself up over something they either don’t experience or they already accept as part of your personal interaction style. Either way they might have good insights on the other side of things. Sorry if I’m telling you stuff you’ve tried already. I hope you feel better.

Last night I made fried potatoes and sausages and we had that w/ cider while watching The Floor is Lava and it was pretty great. This morning we split a mushroom and cheese omelette w/ a side of bacon and the leftover potatoes reheated in the bacon grease. One of my fave things to do is cook for people I love so it’s been nice to be able to do that for Abe.

@fineursine yeah! It helps that I also love the song but the editing is so good and does so much to condense the emotional drama of the show into a few minutes.

@Soreth FWIW I feel exactly the same way about dark humor. Believing things can improve is super important to me so people laughing at the corner of The Void are an active bad. I think it’s totally valid to avoid them and ask them to take that stuff elsewhere.
