@angrboda I usually don't get super hung up on the problematic nature of my content but something I was looking at tonight made me kind of hyper aware of it in a weird way. Just gonna power through.

Drawing horny stuff can be kind of a bummer when you're questioning whether your porn output inherently feeds into too much negative shit / stereotypes. Specifically I'm kind of hung up on whose gaze I'm catering to as a queer woman drawing porn of women that's ultimately consumed primarily by dudes.

I feel like the hardest thing to buy for someone else is probably a dress, followed by shoes - and yet, 2 people on my list are getting some kind of shoes, probably.

But yeah I guess all that was to say, there's stuff about the fandom I don't love either, you do you.

@kotep our fandom intersects with furry in a way that's sometimes hard to navigate - I think it's fine to take or leave whatever aspects of the fandom you like, tbh. This is a convo I've had a lot w/ Abe because while I'm a very fun of the mill furry who grew up on yerf and vcl, he's super not any of that.

We saw the star war at a local theater w/ a packed audience who was pretty into it - a recommendable experience

@Tamakun I did, around like 2010 (well after they were fashionable). It was fun for a while but the interface was always pretty clunky and bad - it's easier to just draw stuff in actual art programs and post it.

@Fuego fortunately my paws warmed back up after I held them directly in front of the heater for a bit ;)

@angrboda the fact that the character limit on here is so much higher than twitter makes me want to do something to encourage collaborative fiction - I used to have a lot of fun doing that.

I was thinking about stuff I might do on here when I have time and I might do another one of the pick a prompt things I used to do on my oekaki!

@Fuego it was 18 here yesterday and I had to put windshield wiper fluid in my car w/ no gloves because I forgot them :|
