hey @ techbro fedverse. can you stop making bots that just post shit from an RSS feed or an official twitter account without checking if there isn't already a bot that does that. half of my blocked accounts are different versions of 3 feeds.

It might be kinda nice if there was a way to prompt people to read the About page for an instance before registering? I get the sense a lot of cultural conflicts I'm seeing or hearing about are due to people not realizing they're entering niche communities where expectations of behavior are not what they are in the overculture.
