oh also i'm starting Investigation Experiment: Protein Powder (meal replacement) vs Disordered Eating!

i got muscle milk (vanilla flavor) because it was
1) there, at eye level
2) previous baby research said pea protein was low quality? and mm has no pea protein at all
3) was Not 40$ for a big jug

rec serving is 2 scoops (70g) of powder in 8floz of water (or Smoothie Material, or oatmeal, or pancake mix, etc)

i balked out of 70g and did ~30g instead, in 8floz water for the Prime Experience, and blended it with the little electronic swizzle stick thing stores pass off as a milk foamer.

result: watery vanilla....
* not horrible, but i might up to 70g for texture consistency
* also, milk. also also, pancakes......
* wasn't death hungry afterwards, but did experience Hunger at typical later time

conclusions: will probably be perfect for 'just woke up, need food' breakfast, and 'supplemented with Tastee Snack' lunch.

update:

had abt 60g with milk instead. slightly better taste!

either i need to blend it better or put in less powder, cause there were damp powder bits.
