call me ungood but i actually really like the clarity/succinctness of newspeak.

thinking about contacting someone who i last talked to when i was in a bad way. i feel like the moment has passed (possible breakup with mutual datemate? 2nd/3rd hand info), and i'm doubly unsure if they want to talk to me anyway, but they're the kind of person who likes closure....
