i've got both undertale and the scarlet pimpernel stuck in my head and it's a disconcerting combo

years ago in the slight cult of personality rp group i was in, the ringleader drew me into nearly the inner circle. i met them irl once, at a con. i was allowed the privilege of their time, their direct contact, in-game privileges, plot secrets, as rewards for Being Interesting, a new toy to focus on.
they are/were very bad, emotionally and ethically. i loathe to think of them or what they did to my friends.
but i miss being Coveted like that sometimes. it was affirming.
