Writing a Cinepak decoder in Rust gets confusing, since “vector” means two things.

@dog @typhlosion @jaycie There's also Programming Rust by Jim Blandy and Jason Orendorff. I think you can pre-order & read a digital version of it right now? Haven't read it personally, but I've heard it's good.
