That's a dingo! His name is Tambo and he lives at the Healesville Sanctuary. He's very good.

@pup I think Tusky is the favoured Android client.

@nex3 Yeah, it's silly. :/ Got fixed pretty quickly after people noticed.

@chrischapman@mastodon.social Yeah, pretty soon after I/others found and used it.

@quinn@mastodon.social I'm really sorry it's affecting you like that. :( Definitely understand.

Still pretty proud of having gotten a five-character Nintendo ID in the brief period before Nintendo noticed the loophole and closed it.

@QuestForTori I have been thinking of distributing a run of one of my twines on floppy disk, with Epic MegaGames-style zine-esque manual.

@jkap@gay.crime.team @ticky Yeah that's a pretty serious limitation :/

@qyliss The problem is, I follow people who make private posts on awoo.space too! 😰

@qyliss Yeah, there is a plan to fix that. Which I'm glad for, it's definitely a problem.

@qyliss awoo/toot are the same thing, yeah. I'm jokingly referring to toots as "awoos" since I'm on an instance that renamed the "toot" button 😹

@qyliss That obviously puts major limitations on private posts. For example, if you want to run your own single-user instance, then there's no point to making private posts at all.

@qyliss Private awoos are currently only federated to users mentioned in those messages; if someone is following you from another instance, they won't see your general private posts.

Awoo Space

Awoo.space is a Mastodon instance where members can rely on a team of moderators to help resolve conflict, and limits federation with other instances using a specific access list to minimize abuse.
