Geeze, CCP Atlanta has been shut down. It was founded ca 2006-2009, and only shipped a single game - this year.
CCP Atlanta was opened to make the MMO World of Darkness, announced 2006 and cancelled 2014. They pivoted to VR, but as of today CCP's shut down all VR dev and shut down the studios they've devoted to VR dev.
