Thing we realized about the last night: it is 100% mechanically viable to play a character who doesn't fight, but instead just evades physical attacks and talks the enemy into giving up. It doesn't even require a specialized build. I think I termed it "The Undertale Strategy".

The Dresden Files RPG is based on FATE, and social and physical stress are just two different damage tracks. Mechanically, they're treated almost identically.
