There were some other films I remember in the middle, between Grail and Pow, but they didn't have as much staying power I guess. I remember everyone in my high school friends group quoting So You Married An Axe Murderer, but I never saw it.
Kung Pow didn't hit until my 20s, but I was still weird enough for it to grab me by then. :-P
