Combined with branch mining of course. branches every 4 blocks.

Yes, I mean with elytra and rockets. Though I used to do it with the punch bow trick and projectile protection armour

I play #minecraft on my own server with no players.

@bthall I can relate, to an extent, though my language is a bit different as not Christian. What's the rush? I swear at my Master constantly and refuse his help except in the most dire need. I'm like "no no, I got this, watch while I make a total mess of it". It's a good thing he's so patient and kind.

Every time I become the slightest bit more willing, I freak out, so progress is very gradual. This is okay. It's okay to be gentle to yourself about your unwillingness to fully rely on God.

I once built a fully automated self-restocking vending machine marketplace system.

I also like to FLY.

But mostly I'm a potterer. I spend most of my time just doing little things in or around my base in preparation for future adventures. Organising inventories, gathering wood.

Oh, there's also extreme mining, with beacons and potions you can sprint through rock like it's not there.

My little #Minecraft server has grown up (and is still growing) about half the active players are staff, but plenty of unfilled roles left. We have custom emoji in the discord server (thanks @setavulos@cybre.space), a Universal Basic Income system funded by special item purchases, and a frankly absurd number of villagers. Unlike #Bitcoin, transactions are instant and there's no fee. I've seen tip bots using it. Because there's no transaction fees, I you can send people miniscule amounts. I'd love to be able to tip people on mastodon like that.
