went to Costco with Spouse; on the way back through the Aurora Village transit center, found an Edmonds CC "EdPass" Orca card for a student. I picked it up and have sent an email to the address on the back, letting them know the student's name and when and where I found it, and asking what I should do with it. the issue date is 1/16/18. *so much wincing* poor student, they had it *less than two weeks*.

1. ICE comes knocking
2. Call the number
3. Network notifies volunteers
4. Volunteers get the message
5. They all show up to record ICE activity (which has been aggressive and often violate international human rights)
