wheeee was mostly offline today, offlineness will continue as it is now sleep time. tomorrow there will be more onlineness, but there will be offline interruptions (hopefully) for various erranding. dream well awoo. <3

as it turns out we are getting a ride to game so I have an extra hour to relax and attempt to cool off. *LOUNGING INTENSIFIES*

back from last bird class, home for an hour and a half before leaving again for offline game. told ya today would be busy. >___<

on the upside that fantastic GF bakery was there again, and I got two pieces of coffee cake, one of lemon pound cake, and a mini carrot cupcake, all of which are FANTASTIC OMG. I love that bakery.

I am Disgruntled for petty reasons. I would like to gruntle myself but I'm not sure how. blargh.

hmm. had tentative plan with Smol Fren (who is not on Mastodon afaik and is not any of y'all) to go to bird store today, but sent text ping a while ago and no response. Smol Fren has--strong reasons to be, shall we say, temperamentally flaky on engagements. but if no bird store then I need to hit Costco, and I'd like to be able to make plans for the day.

ah well...

@alexandraerin is one of the few reasons I want to hold onto birdsite. I honestly think that threads like this will be referenced and possibly reproduced in full in future history books about the current US fauxministration. it's very long, but *very* good.

I really wish I could find either someone who is good at drawing maps and patient to deal with my ramblings, or a program that'd help me draw my own map...

of course if you go all the way up the hills you get to Nob Heights, the top ridge that used to be where the rich people had their houses. most of it is a national park/historical site nowdays. beautiful place, there's a specialized kite flying area with several stores nearby, and the view is *spectacular* in both directions, over the city and back inland. downside, it's *extremely windy* up there.
