@Ferrovore I've been grooving on a lot of dark-ambient-adjacent stuff from Northern Europe lately so yeah, I can think of quite a bit of appropriate stuff for that general mood. ;)

Lyrics in languages I don't know are very good for me (especially when reading); I tend to fixate on lyricless music otherwise because I find any words I can understand really distracting when I'm trying to read for detail.

Tangentially, this reminds me of something; I actually spend a surprising amount of thought on choosing music to 'go with' fiction I'm reading; can you think of anything that would fit the Rhoanish stories particularly well? I feel like Dead Can Dance and the like would be an obvious answer; anything else?
