It makes me really sympathetic when I'm dealing with a company with terrible customer service (like, say, Xfinity). The person I'm speaking to is not at fault, and I realize they're probably in the same position I am -- trapped in a situation they can't really change
And if having to deal with company policies that force you to make people angry and frustrated and unhappy to protect profits you don't see doesn't make you anti-capitalist, I don't know what to tell you.
