So Godzilla: King of the Monster was SO STUPID, but somehow it hit that perfect sweet spot of "so bad I liked it anyway."
The monster fights were pretty keen, and I *loved* the designs. I think the writers had a passion for kaiju movies but also no idea how real people think or behave, how stories are told in a sensible progression

You also have to stress muscles enough to cause them to grow and adapt. Types of reps, weight and sets all influence that. Different body types have advantages to muscle bulking, but its still down to diet & regimen. Most bodybuilders will tell you muscles are made in the kitchen
