Okay; so I come from a background which seems similar to a lot of the right wing kids (feeling told other people are more special than you, sex presented as a dumb competition, brutal public schools, no future, whitewashed history and institutional bigotry etc). I’m still not sure how I went a different direction; generation and internet access? Leaving the state? At some level always being aware I was marginalized and this was bullshit? There’s gotta be something useful to hand these kids.

The part I don’t get, if my background *is* similar, is the incel thing. I came out of Georgia thinking my failure to be some major stud getting laid all the time, was due to me being an utterly terrible piece of shit with nothing to offer.
Are these kids running around fronting for Queerness and/or really poor self esteem? Because even if so, how do you get from shitty indoctrination like mine, to a place where you’re murderously angry at an entire gender because they ain’t fucking you?

@Leucrotta i think that comes from a sense of entitlement. Feeling like you are owed something when you really aren't and not offering anything in return that is of equal value.
