@Nine oh, the Saturn had no native 3D capability because they didn't have time to develop it. it just has 2D, twice. it can generate enough scaled sprites to look like 3D but it has no 3D hardware of any sort

because of the ps1's problems with textures most games wasted a lot of polygons making sure the textures didn't shoot sickeningly off the sides of the screen like some kind of nightmare drug trip

@body@mastodon.social i think arguing that the world is a simulation ( a model used to describe the world ) is the most wrong someone could conceivably be. The fact the world has mechanisms that resemble the mechanics of a simulation means that simulations are in fact what they are defined as and the fact everyone who can't figure that out is very wealthy manchild scum or very enamoured with wealthy manchild scum says a lot
