@noiob i got a 165hz HDR curved iiyama to replace my main display (which was dim and buzzing and occasionally lost HDMI signal and promptly fully died when i stopped using it)
Anyways I played doom eternal on it for the first time and the refresh rate and dynamic range made me dizzy

@Fenreliania by this standard you could make a 2D game with a 1 pixel display or a mono speaker as a display that you have to respond to in some fashion

@SuricrasiaOnline blender! But also max has been around for a long time, there's softimage (which arc system works still uses because their weird cel shading production workflow relies on a plugin that doesn't exist elsewhere). Milkshape has been around a while I think, too

@masklayer I had a little alcatel android phone for a little while that felt like the vibration motor was the only part inside it, like it was mounted on a spring in an otherwise empty plastic case. I can't conceive how they made an object so cheap feeling. It felt and sounded like a small thing rotating quickly, rather than the buzz you're used to. Tim and eric haptics
