maybe pushed it a little hard today, but I managed to get my squat and deadlift back up to 175lb. still a long ways from my old peak of ~240, but it feels pretty good!
I suspect I’m gonna hit the wall again soon, though. It’s been too smooth so far.

the CO alarms are smoke alarms *anyway* so we don’t even need them...
it’s 4am smoke alarm season! all 6 alarms in our house are wired together and go off if any of them are low battery.
Or they would if we hadn’t finally pulled out every single one.
I got my multimeter and the 9v batteries were all pulling 9v except for ONE at...7v
