I keep forgetting this is just a game I'm playing for the next fourty years or so, to pass the time with friends (in my defence, it is a Very Realistic Game).
My job is not The Work. Our Work is Never Over.

@Momentrabbit Sometimes we all need a moment to reflect on how shitty the rules of this game are, and whether and how and when to change them. And sometimes we need time to talk about our frustration and our upset and be heard.
No, it isn't the Work, but toil. And I am so deeply sympathetic that you've had to do so much of that, and I too wish I had more power than just words sometimes.
Probably best I don't. There would be so much snow, and so many butterflies. *offers hugs*
