Any little bit of stress and everything goes off the rails. Bad enough during stand-up today that I started stuttering. Joked earlier that it was like physical dissociation and nah, it's like total dissociation. It's like watching myself from two feet above, worrying over that body that clearly isn't mine.
I may schedule an appointment with GP, as well, 'cause, while I love my therapist, I dunno if I want to get by with just what she has to say.

First thing to check on was a hunch that the 'male/female' tag was getting more and more popular than the 'male/male' tag over time. Doesn't look to be the case, though.
