@ThatDamnCat if I had more time, I'd also drive up Quincy road and Mount Hamilton here in the south bay. All three places are of deep significance to me. ♥

I drove out to the Skyline blvd Vista point and watched the clouds sweep over the mountain top and down into the valley, hiding the sea of sparkling lights that surround the San Francisco bay. Enshrouded in mist, nothing but the sound of the wind through the trees.

Pictures do not do this space justice. It is one of the most beautiful and serene places in the world, and I am thankful to be blessed with enough time to visit it once more.

Mawr at home: OMG I should go home right now or I won't get a full night's sleep for work in the morning

Mawr visiting the San Francisco bay area: I was out until 3am with friends and only got 5 hours of sleep; now I'm awake and exhausted and I regret nothing :D

The set they played this time was a solid 2 and a half hours long and included stuff from all over. The opening bands were also FANTASTIC: "The Dirty Nil" and "Bleached" :D

I cannot express in words how incredibly inspiring it is to see a trans woman on stage as the lead singer of a band screaming out lyrics to a couple thousand moshing fans singing in chorus. I'm literally in tears tight now.
