@sfner I only know extremely basic Dutch, but I think it basically says, "from March 30, if you use hands-free calling, there'll be no trouble" but there's a "hand" pun that doesn't translate ("aan de hand" literally means "in hand")
@sfner okay, it doesn't cleanly translate to "in hand" but it's really close
