@Felthry digging around, i found that videogames actually cost LESS if you adjust for inflation. Multiple sites report that NES game in the late 80s cost 40-50 bucks, equivalent to more than twice as much nowadays. The first LOZ was about $49.99 in 1986, which would be $111.80 in 2017 USD.
