@pastelbat Here’s what I do: make a cup of strong black or oolong tea. Put yujacheong (pre-prepared export version often labeled in English as “citron tea in honey”) in a tea strainer, add about 1tbsp of powdered ginger, place in cup of tea. Stir for 30sec, cover, steep for a few minutes. Remove, stir in lemon juice to taste.

@pastelbat NP! You could probably use other warming spices alongside or in place of the ginger, but I’m not sure how well the tea pairing would go. If you like the yujacheong and enjoy green chillies, look into yuzu kosho!
