why does all this have to be happening now
it just feels really. bad
i don't know how to describe it but it feels like we're being abandoned i guess
because this is where we do social stuff. here, on fedi
and so many people are leaving. friends, and acquaintances, and just
we *cannot* use twitter. talking one-on-one is stressful. being in large discord/whatever servers is overwhelming. this is really the only option for us
and people we like talking to are leaving it
and i just. don't knwo what to do

@Felthry i feel the same way. twitter is a nightmare, snouts was kinda the last big vestige for furry folks and now that its collapsing in on itself and people are dropping and running, i think things are going to be a lot quieter.
still, i dont plan on giving up the ghost anytime soon, and i think a lot of people are going to stick around regardless on new instances and the like.
its unfair. this is a shitty situation in an especially shitty time. keep holding on, yknow
