My wife just got a job offer and there is a light at the end of the tunnel where we might get out of debt and own a home and save for my kids' college and let me quit my miserable job and be a stay-at-home dad someday and I'm crying and happy things might actually be going right for once.

I am deeply saddened and disgusted by the US right now. It's awful, it's all just awful and it infuriates me, as a Christian (Mormon), that nearly 100% of the GOP's base claim to be Christians. Their entire platform, literally everything they do in government is antithetical to everything Christ taught. I don't blame anyone who hates Christians because of their hypocrisy, it's repugnant and I am furious and devastated by it, especially now. Ugh. UGH UGH UGH.

I really want to be good at Dark Souls, but I suck. So I have friends, developers, interesting people on to coach me & riff w/ me.
Guests can take it as silly or as serious as they want, tell me what to do, & when I screw up, they choose a question from a question meme, or fan questions, or their own questions & I have to answer honestly WHILE Dark Souls-ing.

@bentosmile Sometimes I see GIFsets from the prequels and think, "I remember that, that WAS kinda cool. Maybe I should give these films another chance." And then I watch them again and immediately realize, "Nope, the acting/directing is really bad, the script is bad, the pacing is bad, these films are Bad."
