"but crom, kobolds are weak"

my friend.

that's half the fun.

the other half is breaking the game with min-maxing shenanigans for making kobolds weak

@vahnj You're not wrong, but she's still an excellent counterpoint to people who think kobolds are somehow bad.

@vahnj I think there's something about it that requires kobolds specifically, but I might be wrong about that. It's been a minute since I actually read the build.

@vahnj I got to play a campaign where the players were all kobolds, and it was fantastic. We got to build a snarl and fill it with traps and minmax so hard the npcs started talking through our issues instead of even attempting combat.

@Axi all kobold campaigns are great

i've never got to run one but i got to play an all-kobold one-shot once

@Axi it was okay but the gm was kind of a dick who i ended up stopping being friends with eventually

it's fun to be a bunch of kobolds trying to scrabble past one another though XD

i played a trap-setting class, i think there's a rogue archetype that gets access to ranger traps or something. it was really great

@vahnj Awh, yeah, that's a bummer.

Sounds like fun with the other players, though! I think I know the archetype. I multiclassed sorceror/rouge and focused really heavily on trap engineering early game. It was a looong campaign, though, went for over a year.

@vahnj weak? Let me introduce you to Rawr a level 25 Arcane Trickster that broke a GM (time stop plus sneak attack makes GMs cry.): dropbox.com/s/tcdrqvtn739e3bv/

@kellerfuchs well there is a fennec... And at the time Kes was the most fennec fennec I knew.

@Nikon ugh this sounds great

But this is exactly what i mean kobolds can totally get into ridiculous shenanigans
