I feel like absolute garbage today and I can't tell how much is purely internal and how much is in reaction to things around me. I'm emotionally like someone who feels pain if you /pretend/ to flick them and I don't like it one bit.

it might help to give yourself moments every half hour to an hour to stop what you're doing, move to another room, and then just focus on breathing and relaxing?

usually those kinds of days are what i attribute to anxiety m,yself
