being able to retroactively add a cw to a thread would be a real neat feature for masto to support

what if post edits are not "edit post and propagate the changes" but simply "delete the post and apply the changes in a new post" and just limit edits to like, 1 time

i don't remember what the limitation is on why we can't do post edits though
@vahnj I mean, yeah, and propagation of those updates (read: cache invalidation) is probably going to be a pain given Masto’s architecture
