browsing through gog, looking for weird 90s - 00s games that I may have missed and that would probably run pretty well on my laptop/if I get a GPD Win 2 in future

Okay. Police violence in the US is a problem. Two basic points:
* The police are part of the apparatus of the government. This should be self-evident.
* The Fifth Amendment guarantees that "No person shall... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". That's a direct quote.
Already there should be an obvious conclusion: when a police officer kills someone, a part of the government apparatus is depriving someone of life without due process of law.†

@jaycie this is great advice! i think my problem is i'm having a hard time putting it down cuz even with overly problematic stuff the game is really fun for me and i enjoy the overall story.

It's already been real ableist since one of the characters uses the r slur a lot. There's a lot of misogyny too. I guess it makes for good drama cuz it makes me hate them but still..........
