@Leucrotta Hard one... from a response prospective.. yes is good.. but from not treating already horribly paid employees, working a shitty job even worse.. I lean no.
That bill only applies to private companies.. which means that they (AMR probably) are the ones pushing for it because it will save the money and they can have lower staffing levels.

@Leucrotta Yeah, I always err on the side of caution when it comes anything that might remove worker protections. Private corps are generally in EMS to make money.

@wobblewuffess Thank you! My housemate suggested that a lot of working paramedic types were "no" because it'd actually regulate when people could take breaks. You're the only current/former EMT I personally know at this point, so I figured I'd ask.
