During our trip in July, we'd occasionally pause the audio book to talk about scene or something that just happened.
Plus it was fun to share something with Aurora that she probably never would have been exposed to otherwise.

I really enjoyed listening to Ancillary Justice/Mercy and need to finish Sword with roommates because it got them hooked. It's a very different format. Hard to say if I enjoyed reading it more or listening... but the narrators for Justice and Mercy were great!

Hands are less swollen today and the rest of me does not itch.. downside... hands are itch despite 100mg of atarax... which was stopping the itching yesterday.. blaaah.
On a positive side majority of the hives are fading...

Dear Meat body,
Please stop. Diverticilitus was terrible. Now we are doubling down with an autoimmune reaction possibly triggered by the cipro given to treat it. I would like for my skin to stop itching and burning.. I don't need hives over 60% of skin... or my hands so swollen I can barely use them.
Knock it off... pretty please?

Long story short I spent a lot of time and effort fixing a cobbler box... tftp was working fine but any pxeboot attempt failed.
Devs responsible for configuring cobbler kept blaming it on networking.. finally I go rooting around and every boot attempt is failing on read request for pxelinux.0... enable bulk transfers and suddenly it works! :D

@clovery@witches.town In this case, it was done in a stream I couldn't make due to work. Generally speaking yes, I agree, it just didn't happen here and I sort of wish the artist had been willing to say no; this isn't really going to work with how I handle stuff now.
On the flip side asking for dramatic changes in stream can be hard, especially if it is a popular stream and I've had some bad experiences with that (regular watchers heavily influencing a commission)
