@mawr on the upside, getting over there and fixing it quickly has senior ops calling and the VIP of Ops calling me a hero... cause support only lost access to customer stuff for 45 minutes.

So.. yay.. I guess... I mean I was oncall this week and onshift when it happened... even if I was not.. it would have been fixing it any way :shrug_v2:​

annnnnd someone killed sshd on the server that provides all support tunnels to our products.. oh and it's an old piece of shit with no ipmi and no info on the pdu... and in Santa Clara datacenter where we have no remote hands... guess where I'm going (And I only been home from there for an hour!)

Blah, dealing with stolen meds took up all of my day. :(

@mawr Yeaaaah.... not really happy about all this right now.

@mawr working on part of that, only found out because Aurora bumped into the mail delivery person and they refused to deliver our mail because the locks were all shattered.
Frustrated because I've been picking up in person... but Kaiser Homestead has never had enough and never filled the full 100 days worth (instead giving me 30 at a time and charging me the same amount and using my refills)

First time I mail order it in months and it gets stolen probably by someone that knew it was delivered
