-Always know of some strange, obscure tome that is exactly the book you need (regardless of whether it's the book you want.)
-Return books late or damaged at your peril, though.
-When you're walking through the immense shelves, and you see something in the dim light ahead hanging down in front of the books. You approach. Suddenly, as you get close, you realize it's a huge, scaly tail. You follow it with your gaze up to the top of the shelf to see a pair of glowing eyes staring back at you.
"You'll want to take a right at the end of this row," the dragon says. "Then go three rows down and turn left." The tail retracts back up into the shadows above the books, and with a sudden, fluid movement, the dragon is gone.
You never actually told the dragon what you were looking for.
-"Oh you don't need a library card." *growling chuckle* "I will remember your scent."
rice is all done.. tossed some home made sweet-hot pepper relish in my bowl with it..
Verdict: Tasty!
Damn.. kinda wish I'd made a roux to thicken it up... or had some okra.. either one of those would be like the only think of to make it tastier!
Oops. I accidentally made "red" creole when just tossing some cajun chicken thighs, peppers, onions, tomatoes, sausage and celery into a skillet...
At least what my family called "shrimp" or red creole when I was a kid.

I've to talk about my amazing food enhancement condiment.. made from scratch but... the ingredients are a SECRET (because I'm a heathen that doesn't measure and because pickle pepper companies are like "PEPPERS" as the ingredients!)
But it's like carmelized sweet onions, roasted red peppers, jalapenos, some itty bitty hot pickled yellow peppers, jalapenos, hot cherry peppers, sweet cherry peppers all tossed into the food processor and made into relish like texture of delicious sweet and hot.

Messed up the ratios for my jambalaya and was making in a smaller pot than normal. Didn't have room for the rice.. ended up draining 8 cups of liquid from the 6qrt pot with all the meat, veggies and stuff in and cooking the rice separate in that. Came out pretty tasty. I could mix it all together properly now but this way the rice won't get soggy either.

Gah, there is like one thing I hate after almost a decade of HRT.
It takes... so much -effort- to get a good climax. Like I can have them... they are good, way better than before HRT and fuck, I love having huge, sensitive tits and fun to play with nipples... but damn.. it takes like hours of effort to get a -good- climax and if left to my own devices, most of the time I just don't have the energy to do by myself.
So randomly being horny can be... fucking annoying. Half assed, low effort climax just sucks or like worse... doesn't happen!

Back on this. It was so DAMN GOOD!
Made me mad as fuck at Cas Anvar all over again because Alex has a couple of really amazing POV moments that are so heartfelt and full of goodness.
Holden comes back to being Holden one last time and a certain porkpie hat wearer deadpans "Well this can't be good." Just damn. Holden's internal dialogue agonizing over whether something is the right thing to do or not is just.. fucking damn.
I'm sad we'll never see Wes Chathman deliver the last lines of book from Amos Burton, Last Man Standing because they were perfect. He would do them justice.
Sure, lots of questions get left unanswered and purposely so, as there is no way for the characters to answer them and sometimes Angry Eldritch Gods In The Antic should remain as such.
