@Soreth I was thinking more along the lines of "traditional comedic narrative" and less along the lines of "a random group of strangers fighting blindfolded with sticks in a back alley for no reason." :)

If you can find it, it's a movie called TheShow, and its kinda like KentuckyFriedMovie, only every short in it is horridly non-PC. An early HankAzarria is in one segment of a safari-shoot on a college campus (no, its not listed on his IMDB).
We found it on one of those CD compilations of bad movies they couldn't sell individually.

Overarcing plot is of a TV station that gets taken over by an anonymous signal showing these horrendous shorts, and folks can't stop watching and being outraged over it, but the network execs can't shut it down, and chaos ensues.
I've not been able to find it online, but there is a lot of online I don't go on.
