Oh, there we go. Maybe I'll spend today going through my political news archives looking for the phrase "time capsule" -- the one I use to make sure I see who was wrong, wrong, wrong years later so I can make fun of them. Probably privately. We'll see how wrong people were.

@zebratron2084 before the Trucker Wang Waving Whatever it was possible to view Canada as better than the USA with the exception of the Ford government but, naw. It’s basically Same American Shitpit with Better Dim Sum Maybe.

@Leucrotta @zebratron2084 I think we're still better here in Canada than the U.S., at least somewhat.
But yeah, if you're a peasant in the U.S. and you manage to convince a Canadian to marry you, you'll be a peasant in Canada with travel debt and probably not better off.
If you're wealthy in the U.S. you might as well stay there anyways.

@zebratron2084 I'd flee to Canada if it weren't so expensive and didn't have, demonstrably, the EXACT SAME ASSHOLES we do.
