Kidnapped by the Clelands from Blue Ruin... and rescued by the cast of Comedy Bang Bang.

It was nice knowing you all.

(My other options were Fargo and, if you count intro clips on Youtube as "watching a TV show," um, Bunnicula. This was not fated to go well.)

@zebratron2084 kidnapped by Fargo: WELL FUCK

rescued by Bunnicula: ummmm how would that even work? XD

@green yeah, i mean, strictly speaking wasn't the whole plot of bunnicula that he didn't actually do much of anything to start with?

@zebratron2084 as I remember it, Bunnicula was... the plot token, rather than an active character, through almost the entire story; it was the cat and dog that did all the things. (I will never not giggle when thinking of "pounding a steak through his heart" in the kitchen late at night) so unless you can be rescued by a rabbit sucking all the juice out of vegetables, you're kinda boned. @green Evidently the new CN series has Bunnicula just be flat-out blatantly supernatural, and... you know, I'm kinda happy about that, because one, they're using it as an excuse for crazy TF shenanigans and two, the original fake vampire schtick was kinda... forgive me... bloodless?

@emanate @zebratron2084 I am both intrigued and vaguely horrified--Bunnicula was one of my Formative Furry-Esque Influences when I was Quite Short.

@green @zebratron2084 Same here!

Though I think I read a lot more of the Mouse on a Motorcycle series that influenced me more. Also, Richard Scarry books. :-P
