My therapist took my query seriously, but basically said she'd have to think about it, because reprocessed memories can end up altering your perception.

Had a very interesting conversation with my therapist today and I wanted some ideas. Subject was about whether it's possible to tap into reprocessed traumas at full strength in order to facilitate devastatingly emotional writing/art/music. I basically said that that ability is worth more to me than my life, and that if I had to choose, I'd suffer and even die if necessary. Thoughts? Anyone with a similar experience?
