@zebratron2084 I figured that if poot noodles <=> pot noodles, ball noodles <=> bowl noodles. Though yeah I'm led to believe the official way to make matzo ball soup is to dole out a single very large matzo ball in among the broth and a batch of noodles.

@Leucrotta The only Google hits I'm finding for that are for fish balls and matzo balls, both of which sound like DAMN fine idea. If I ever had the faintest anti-semitic molecule in my body, it was obliterated by the old grannies who ran the Hillel cafeteria at Case Western, who would sell matzoh ball soup for a buck fifty to absolutely anyone who walked in, and would do so with the love and forbearance they had for their own grandchildren 😻😻😻 i miss them so much
