Just cause there’re all these banchan and it’s Friday doesn’t mean I need to eat ALL of them. (That illusion where if you gorge yourself veggies it’s healthier.)

I guess you could rack up a lot of calories from the oil, and starch from potatoes and such, plus they're probably pretty high in sodium. OK, yeah, that does make sense, you're probably right.

Now I wanna go look at banchan recipes.

@zebratron2084 I’ve been really grooving on making my own seasoned spinach lately- it’s really easy to estimate and a good quick source of leafy greens lying around.
